I'm a graduate of Colorado School of Mines with 16+ successful years in a highly challenging, highly competitive business environment. My education and experience has provided me with excellent analytical skills and great problem solving abilities. I have proven skills in management, financial analysis, sales and marketing. I focus on being an excellent communicator and motivator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. When under pressure and with tight deadline, I will always be consistent with giving 110% of my focus and dedication to my clients.

One of my favorite parts of my job is helping homeowners close on for their homes. Whether you are buying a new home for your family or refinancing to save money, I am always thrilled to see the smiles of my customers at the closing table. As a member of Team Massey I have one primary responsibility; communicating with our clients on what we can do for them in their unique situation. Being the 1st person our clients speak to it is my job to gather all their verbal information and written documentation to see their financial picture as a whole no matter how complicated it maybe. I take pride in my job and want to make sure you get the correct answer the first time. Myself and Joe are the primary contact for our clients and real estate agents throughout the process to clarify any questions they may have. There are no questions I have not heard already, and with my years of experience I can always find the correct answer for you. Whether it is your first time purchasing a home or your eighth; I want to make sure that you feel confident with each decision you make. I will walk you through each step of the process before you start applying for a new loan. It is important to me you are educated about the process versus being told what to do. I am 100% honest on how we can help you accomplish your goal of purchasing a new home; hopefully we can help you today, but if not I will make sure you know exactly what you need to do in order to eventually purchase a new home with an estimated timeline to follow. With our clients being 100% referrals, the service I provide always comes full circle, each relationship grows into many more. As a member of Team Massey I have three main responsibilities in our efforts to provide streamlined process. I have the pleasure of being one of the first people our clients speak to over the phone or meet face-to-face when they’re wanting to start the process of purchasing a property. By giving excellent service from day one we hope to gain the trust of our clients to confidently move forward every step of the way. We hope to be able to answer questions to help out clients understand our process and feel comfortable today and in 30 years, that they have chosen the correct loan program, because we have provided them with all the correct and honest information upfront. As our clients go through our streamlined process whether it be their first home or an investment, I ensure that they know we are still here for them if they have questions or concerns after they get the keys to their new property. Keeping in touch with our clients is a priority to me because having our clients informed correctly is a win-win when it comes to purchasing real estate. There is a lot of information out there, sometimes too much, everyone has their options and different strategies of how they accomplished their goals. I also keep our team available for people who have questions or who are curious of what they can do in their unique scenario, sometimes a simple Google search can’t help in a real life situation. Being a strong and reliable source for knowledge on permanent residential financing is what we are known for. My number 1 job is to provide WOW service to our borrower’s while gathering the important documents needed to process and underwrite the loan. I am the main point of contact after a client signs up with Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC to obtain a new loan. I openly and affectivity communicate by phone and email with our clients to gather documents that were originally missing from the file as well as ask additional questions to get all the correct details to complete the loan. I create a complete loan file for our processor on our network so that when the appraisal is completed, the processor is able to send the file to our underwriting team. I am a customer service liaison as well with title companies, insurance companies, credit verification companies, banks, etc. I work closely with these types of companies to get the information we need on behalf of the clients. My job is keep the customer informed as to where we are the process with their loan and build outstanding relationships with outside companies that help get us required documentation for the loans we are working on. I follow up with any additional questions our underwriters have, if the file is not a 1- Touch.
