I joined Castle & Cooke Mortgage in 2012 and am the veteran of our team. My responsibilities are to make sure we have all of our “I’s” dotted and “T’s” crossed before we submit your file into our corporate underwriting team. My number one job is to get your loan closed! I am the main point of contact after our client signs up with Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC to obtain a new loan. I openly and efficiently communicate by phone and email with our clients to gather documents that were originally missing from their file, as well as ask additional questions to get all the correct information to complete their loan. I am the customer service liaison between title companies, insurance companies, credit verification companies, and banks. I work closely with these types of companies to get the information we need on behalf of our clients. I am also the person who will reach out to your employer to obtain an employment verification. My goal is to create a complete loan file for our underwriting team to ensure we come out of underwriting and into closing seamlessly.
