Charles Roberts

Charles Roberts is President of two local real estate companies:

• Your Castle Real Estate, a 520 person real estate firm based in Denver.

• Shorewood Real Estate, a 260 person firm with offices in Colorado Springs, Denver and Loveland.

He is a registered appraiser, licensed Realtor, and a former loan officer. He has invested in Denver real estate for the past 19 years, completing dozens of fix up projects along the way, and currently manages his own portfolio of properties in metro Denver. His specialty is helping investors buy cash flow properties.

He was a Board Director at the 5,000-person Denver Metro Association of Realtors from 2009-2014 and was also the Chair of their Professional Development & Education Committee.

He is currently the chair of the Education Committee for the commercial broker Colorado/Wyoming Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter.

As an active Realtor, investor, and the President of a large brokerage firm, Charles has unique insights into the Denver real estate market.

Chris Lopez

Chris Lopez has been enamored with creating residual income since reading Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" book during his sophomore year at Virginia Tech University. The book started Chris on a journey of building businesses to create residual income. By the time he graduated, his first business was generating enough residual income, that he didn't have to get a job!

His success snowballed into starting other businesses and starting to actively invest in the stock market and foreign exchange market. After a couple of years of mediocre returns, he realized he needed to change his focus. He came to the conclusion that the stock market is still a great investment, but that passive investing in index funds is the way to go. He then turned his focus to real estate.

Chris started learning about investing in real estate. He was frustrated by the expensive investing courses that spent more time up-selling than actually teaching! Fortunately, he got connected with Charles, who is a wealth of information and connections. Chris learns by deconstructing what successful people have done. In regards to Denver investment real estate, there's no better person than Charles. So, Chris and Charles partnered together to create DenverInvestmentRealEstate.com to become the resource for the Denver Metro area.

Chris is Colorado real estate broker. He currently owns one rental property and completing his first fix-and-flip.
